Foundation for Individual Rights and Expression (FIRE)

Creative & Design Manager
2020–present

Since 2020, I have managed creative direction and design execution at the Foundation for Individual Rights and Expression (FIRE), a national nonprofit. My work focuses on applying and scaling an established brand across campaigns, publications, and digital platforms. In addition to producing design assets, I lead creative systems, manage timelines, and coordinate vendors. I also manage and mentor a graphic designer, overseeing quality, ensuring alignment with brand standards, and supporting their professional development. Through this combination of execution, system-building, and leadership, I help FIRE maintain a consistent national presence while improving efficiency and cross-team collaboration.
